Our crew placement program is a cut above the competition. Moran Yacht and Ship culls from nearly 100 years of combined, first-hand yachting experience to build a seasoned, dynamic yacht crew for your every need. The Moran Yacht and Ship Crew Placement Program comprises of the following elements:

• Free-of-charge crew placement services for our clientele.

• Access to global crew databases and specialized crew agencies. In addition, we maintain our own in-house comprehensive database of crew resumes.

• Mutually beneficial relationships with current and former yacht captains and crew. We firmly believe that technology is no replacement for real experience and expertise. We go the extra mile to ensure that your vessel is staffed with the industry's best and brightest.

• Each candidate undergoes a thorough screening process. We check for proper credentials, solid references and relevant crew experience. Additionally, we look for upbeat and dynamic individuals, who personify the camaraderie and teamwork inherent in yachting culture.

• Multilingual crew members are available upon request.
