Type of vessel: Round bilge displacement hull with good dead rise, transom, levelkeel, flared bow with fine entrance angle and 5 watertight bulkheads

Construction: Fully welded; hull of steel and superstructure of aluminium alloy to require­ments of classification.
Classification: Lloyd’s +100A1 S.S.C. Yacht Mono G6 +LMC UMS regulations. MCA compliant.
Main engines: Two Caterpillar diesel engines type C18 DITA, MkI, each with an MCR (maximum continuous-rating) of 447 kW at 1800 rpm.
Propulsion system: Straight drive, oil lubricated shafts, two Fixed Pitch propellers.

Generators: Two Northern Lights generator sets, type M1066A1: rating 105 kW at 1500 rpm.

The ship shall be built as a yacht which could be chartered, carrying 10 to 12 guests including the Owner, to be built under the Rules and Regulations for Special Service Craft of Lloyd’s Register of Shipping, classed as: +100A1 SSC Yacht G6 Mono +LMC UMS
When powered by her two diesel engines she will have:
· a top speed of not less than 12.5 knots at 1,800 rpm at full load,
· a cruising speed which is defined to be 10.5 knots at 1,500 rpm,
· and a range of 3,800 nautical miles at an economic service speed averaging 10.5 knots over the range (including a service factor of 5% and 10% remaining fuel in the tanks).
Accommodations
CABIN DECK
Hall
Hall and stairway to be finished in a similar way as the guest cabins. Storage provisions to be made under the stairway. A linen storage to be provided in the forward end of the hallway with shelves inside. Stairway up to the main deck.
Guest cabins
Between the crew area and the engine room four double guest cabins to be arranged. All four cabins with two single beds. Each sleeping position in the aft two cabins to have a bed-chest with doors, shelves, etc. The two forward cabins have a single bed-chest. The beds and chests can be moved such that a double bed is formed. All beds to have upholstered head boards, 200 mm thickness innersprung mattresses with a length of 2000 mm and Tivoli lighting under the lower rims of the beds. Each aft guest cabin will have one large walk-in wardrobe with swiveling doors and automatic lighting, shoe racks, shelves a full size mirror and a small safe. The wardrobes in the forward cabins are two lockers opening into the cabin as shown on the GA plan. The aft cabin floors are covered with woolen carpet. The two forward cabin floors are made in wood.
Guest bathrooms
Four bathrooms, each with a large shower, head, bidet, sink counter with single sink, lockers and laundry hamper under and mirror and mirror lockers up.
The bathrooms of the two aft cabins will have a bathtub installed with a wall shower.
Floors to be made of marble.
In all bathrooms and toilets cabinets with built-in lighting to be fitted near or over lavatories, as will be directed. All bathrooms to have a combined transformer type USA/Europe 110/230 V razor socket built into a cabinet or mounted separately.
Shower cabin doors of decorated and tempered glass in combination with Dorma hardware.
In each bathroom an escape panel to be installed allowing access to the crew mess and crew laundry.
General: In all the accommodation spaces situated on the cabin deck the real (effective) height between the wooden floor and the ceiling will not be less than 2.1 m.
Forward crew cabins
There shall be two (2) double cabins in the fore ship with two bunks over each other and the crew mess at portside. Adjacent to the crew mess a combined laundry / third crew cabin with one bunk.
Crew’s bathroom
Three (3) bathrooms with shower cabin, head and a wash basin with hot and cold water. Sink counter of Corian with lockers under and above and mirror as shown on drawings.
Mess room
At port side a mess room to be arranged with large seating area with vinyl upholstered seats with stowage under. Table with folding leaf to seat two extra people. Further lockers, drawers, book shelves and an entertainment unit with LCD flat screen TV, DVD player and stereo as well as the alarm system repeater panel and CCTV monitor to be installed.
Laundry (combined third crew cabin)
At starboard side. Floor to be Forbo type Surestep, walls and ceilings to be lined with hard plastic. Arranged with lockers under the bunk for linen storage.
Equipment

MAIN DECK
General: In all the accommodation spaces situated on the main deck the real (effective) height between the wooden floor and the ceiling will not be less than 2100 mm.
Owner’s stateroom
The Owner’s stateroom will be located forward in the main deck accommodation. To be equipped with a king-size bed with bed-chests with doors, drawers. Bed to have upholstered head boards, 200 mm innersprung mattress with a length of 2100 and a width of 2000 mm and strip lighting under the lower rim of the bed.
Port and starboard side equipped with large drawer lockers.
On CL at the aft wall an LCD TV to be installed fixed in view. At portside a large walk-in wardrobe with seats either side. Wardrobes with hang rods, shelves, shoe racks, drawer chests, full size mirror and a small safe to be installed. The floor of the walk-in wardrobe will be made of wood.
A small washing machine to be installed, position to be determined by Owner.
Finish, ceilings, walls, carpets and finish in general to be equivalent to saloon.
Owner’s bathroom
The bathroom to be arranged forward of the owners stateroom with shower cabin with fixed head and wall showers, two countertops with wash basins, toilet, bidet and well sized Jacuzzi bath with hand held shower.
Shower cabin door of decorated and tempered glass in combination with Dorma hardware.
Floors to be made of marble.
Cabinets with built-in lighting to be fitted over lavatories, as will be directed, a combined transformer type USA/Europe 110/230 V razor socket built into a cabinet or mounted separately.
Owner’s study
To be equipped with a desk and build in sofa as per GA plan. Ceiling, walls and general finish equal to owners cabin. Floor to be made of wood.
Lobby
Main hall with circular stairway to guest quarters and sky lounge to be executed as saloon. Powder room with head and basin just forward of lobby area. Finish as owners cabin.
Floor to be wood planked with a border of approx 200 mm.
Galley / Pantry
Walls to be covered with Formica (color core) or veneer as will be directed, ceiling to be hard-plastic covered and floor to be covered with Forbo surestep, sealed against walls.
The cupboards out­sides to be in Formica (color core) or veneer as will be directed, their interiors, shelves, drawers, etc. to be lined with hard-plastic (colorcore), and the working tops to be made of granite.
Securing arrangements for crockery, etc. to be positioned in cupboards. Drawers with divisions for cutlery, etc. Cupboards with shelves to be fitted under and above worktops.
The door between galley/pantry and dining will be electrically operated. Galley floor to be fitted with drain. Washdown hose to be supplied.
Corner lockers to be of the “lazy suzanne” type. The galley will have 2 large single sinks with single hand control faucets with swinging spout (Grohe). Stainless steel exhaust hood to be installed.
To be equipped with following apparatus (three phase where possible):
· 1 built-in convection oven which will have a cooking top with 6 burners and a grill plate; equipment: sea rail fittings; finish: all stainless steel; make MKN or equal.
· 1 electric grill
· 1 microwave oven
· 1 hot plate
· 1 trash compactor
· 1 Miele commercial dish washer with short cycle
· 1 professional mixer
· 1 coffee machine fixed plumbed.
· 1 hot water machine (cooker)

The equipment mentioned above is subject to changes but are part of the allowance for galley and pantry equipment.
Saloon - Dining area
With dining table for 10 guests, lower lockers with doors, drawers and shelves. The division between salon and dining will have a large flat screen TV on a lift + DVD recorder/player. Also a built-in dry bar with storage for glasswork and bottles.
Interior to be finished in veneers, stained as will be directed. Walls and doors as joinery, ceilings in lacquer, floors to be carpeted.
Seats, sofa’s and tables to be arranged as shown on plans with two built-in sofa’s either side with storage facilities at the dining side. Dining table to be extendable as shown on the GA plan.
SUN DECK
Two large fixed U-shaped sofas on PS and SB at the midsection of the sundeck with two half round teak tables that can be lowered to form a large sun bed. Further open deck space for sun loungers. Forward is a large 4-6 person Jacuzzi make Cleopatra. At port and SB side of the Jacuzzi large built in sun beds to be arranged. The fixed sofas and sun pads will have accessible watertight storage within for cushions etc. Fixed sofa’s and sun beds to have spring loaded accessible watertight hatches underneath each cushion including gutter, drains and stainless steel locks.
All foam used for exterior cushions and mattresses shall be of an outdoor non-absorbing type.
A sink and small fridge, icemaker and BBQ grill to be arranged in the bar at SB side.
The bar to have a granite top.
Spot lights in mast c.q. crossing bar which forms overhead. A fixed shower to be installed in the A-mast overhead.
Stainless steel wind screen with glass panels forward of A-mast and railing all around the aft part of the sundeck as per profile plan.

Domestic Electronic Equipment
This section is provisional but for quotation purposes it is assumed that the following equipment will be supplied and commissioned by Builder who has also to provide the necessary wiring. The Owner, however, will make the final selection of the equipment and for that purpose an allowance is included in the building contract.
TV - video – hi-fi
Central antenna system with smallest possible Satcom-type TV dish make Sea-Tel model to be decided.
Naval omni directional TV/FM antenna with distribution amplifier type KGT.
Captains cabin: One 21” multi-standard flat screen LCD colour TV, one DVD player, one Car-type hi-fi system with two speakers.
Crew mess: 1 28” multi standard flat screen LCD colour TV with CCTV input, one DVD player, one Car-type Hi-Fi system with two loudspeakers.
Guest cabins: three 21” multi standard flat screen LCD colour TV’s, four DVD players, four Hifi systems with 8 speakers (2 each cabin). Two TV’s will be installed on a lift.
Crew cabins: 3 Car-type Hi-fi systems with 6 loudspeakers (2 each cabin).
Wheelhouse: one Car-type Hi-fi set with two speakers.
Galley: one Car-type Hi-fi system with four speakers.
Main saloon: one multi standard 42” flat screen LCD colour TV on lift system, one hi-fi system, one DVD Recorder/player with 4 speakers.
Sky lounge: one wall mounted 42” multi standard flat screen LCD colour TV, one Hi-fi system, one DVD recorder/player with 4 speakers.
Sundeck: one Bose freespace 6 music system, 4 Bose 131 hi-fi loudspeakers with one volume controller.
Boat deck: Remote speakers of the sky lounge system to be installed, 6 in total.
Main deck: Remote speakers of the main salon system to be installed, 4 in total.
Foredeck: Remote speakers from the sky lounge system to be installed, 2 in total.
Owner’s cabin: one 42” multi standard flat screen LCD colour TV on lift, one DVD recorder/player, one Hi-fi surround set with 5 loudspeakers. Remote speakers to be installed in owners office and wardrobe.
Security system
This section describes electronic security systems. Other security enhancing systems to be discussed, such as hull-side illumination, proximity sensors, sirens, extra search lights, etc.
CCTV system make Elbex comprising 2 fixed camera’s on the side decks, one fixed camera on the aft deck, one fixed camera on the bridge deck aft, one camera with pan/tilt built in and zoom lens in the E.R and one identical camera in the mast. The camera in the mast to have night vision. One 14” monitors with sequencer in the mess room. One 14”monitor in the aft peak. One of the monitors will have pan/tilt control. One programmable video motion detector for aft deck camera. Camera’s can also be viewed on one of the five 20” LCD screens in the wheelhouse.
Remarks
